- ⅔cupSweet Bean Sweetener (powdered) (for main coating)
- 1tspground cinnamon
- ¼–½tspsalt (or to taste)
- 1large egg white
- ½Tbsvanilla
- ½Tbswater
- 1lbpecan halves

Preheat oven to 250°F.

Mix ⅔ cup sweetener, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.

Whisk egg white, vanilla, and water in a large bowl until frothy. Toss pecans to coat. Slowly pour in the sweetener mixture and stir until evenly coated. Spread onto a baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes. Stir and rearrange into a single layer. Continue baking, stirring every 15 minutes, until evenly browned — about 45 more minutes.

Cool completely on the pan. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add the remaining ⅓ cup powdered sweetener and toss until uniformly coated to prevent sticking.
