Ingredients
- 3¼cup2% milk
- ¾cupwhipping cream
- 1.5ozunsweetened chocolate bar (broken into pieces)
- 1Tbsbutter
- 1tspground cinnamon
- ¼tspground nutmeg (freshly ground is best)
- ¾tspvanilla
- 1pinchground chile de arbol (Add more if you like it spicier)
- ½cupSweet Bean Granulated Sweetener
Instructions

Combine milk, whipping cream, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, ground chile de arbol, and sweetener in a Cocomotion or small saucepan.

Start the Coco-motion. If using a saucepan, warm over medium-low heat, stirring frequently to avoid scalding.

Once fairly warm, add butter and chocolate. Stir until fully melted. Heat to desired temperature and serve.
