Ingredients
- 1½cupsSweet Bean Granulated Sweetener
- ¾cupflour
- ½cupcocoa powder (sifted)
- ½cuppowdered sweetener blend
- ½cupsugar-free chocolate chips (Lily's or Hershey's work well)
- ¾tspsea salt
- 2large eggs
- ½cupcanola oil
- 2Tbswater
- ½tspvanilla
- non-stick cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8 baking dish (not 9×9 — they will overcook) with parchment paper. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine sweetener, flour, cocoa, powdered sweetener, chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until uniform.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.

Slowly add dry mix to wet mix, sprinkling evenly as you stir for even incorporation.

Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 40–48 minutes until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs. Pull early rather than late.

Let cool completely before slicing — they hold together much better once cooled.
